1

Reach Out to National Department

If you have not received a response from Beloved Huzoor (aba) or the Central Waqf-e-Nau Department, reach out to us at least 3 weeks before the due date at waqfenau.australia@amj.org.au.

2

Receive Forms from Markaz

If an approval is granted, Markaz will send a letter with a PF Reference Number & a form to be filled out after the birth of the child.

3

Baby is Born

Once the child is born, the parents should fill out the form that Markaz has sent and get it signed by the Local President of your Jama'at. This step should not be delayed.

4

Send Forms to Markaz

Without any delay, you should send the signed form after the attestation from Local Sadr to info@waqfenauintl.org.

5

Receive Waqf-e-Nau Certificate

Markaz will send the child's Waqf-e-Nau Certificate with Waqf-e-Nau ID to you & National Secretary Waqf-e-Nau Australia to enter in our database. Inform your Local Secretary and Local Muavina.

MashAllah Complete

Congratulations! The process is now complete. May Allah the Almighty bless your child and enable him or her to serve the Jama’at with the utmost sincerity, Amin.
